DIY WINE CORK GARDEN MARKERS - We finished putting in our vegetable gardens last weekend. It was such a huge job, taking up the grass, building the frames, adding straw, soil and mulch. We began growing our seeds at the beginning of March (zucchini, corn, pumpkins, squash, green pepper, leeks, mixed mini bell peppers and more!) so we planted those, as well as lots of seeds (carrots, lettuce, peas, beans and more!). My son and I made these DIY Wine Cork Garden Markers on Saturday morning when we realized that we didn't have any, and would quite like to know what was planted where. They were seriously quick and easy, and look so great in the garden! The link to this tutorial is in my bio. It is so awesome, already, seeing these plants in the garden; to take the time to wander around and look at them, to stand in the sunshine and quiet to water them. I think I'm going to like having a garden this year. Do you have a garden? What do you like grow? Do you use garden markers? What kind?

Thank you to my little preciouses for such a wonderful day. I love you so much, too! It's such an interesting experience being a Mum. On the one hand I would die for my children, but there's no one on Earth who can drive me so crazy! There's literally never a dull moment. This physical distancing is also conflicting for me. I love the relaxed pace, not having to go anywhere, and having my husband around, but I would love to leave my house without my kids, and WITH my spouse, even for an hour! I'm trying to enjoy it, because it will likely never happen again, but there sure are days when I'd love to break quarantine and have an intimate cup of tea with my friends (you know who you're are😘) and my Mum. But those days will come. And for now I just have to remind myself of how lucky I am to have this chaos. This precious, precious chaos.
